The following is a list of our terms and conditions.  This list is not complete and may be updated from time to time.  We reserve the right to change our policy at any time.

1)  Tape and wire spools are not refundable items because they are built to order. It is at the discretion of Oemwire.com to allow a refund.  A refund will be in the form of a credit which can be used to buy other items on this site. A restocking fee of 33% will be deducted from the issued credit.  Credit will be honored for a period not to exceed 3 months from the date of the original order. 

2)  An item may not be returned under any circumstance if the item was used or damaged by the buyer or agent of the buyer.

3) Shipping charges are not refundable.
